New opening hours for our customer service point from 1 September 2024

From 1 September, the PRH customer service point will be open from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 15.00. The address of our customer service point in Helsinki is Sörnäisten rantatie 13 C.

You can book an appointment in advance with our customer service point. Book an appointment hereOpen link in a new tab and select one of the following services:

• Advisory service for notifications or applications in our customer service point
• Other matter if you are booking an appointment to view documents you have ordered in advance

You do not have to order extracts, financial statements, articles of association, rules or by-laws in advance, but please mention what kind of information you need in the field for additional information. If you wish to view other documents, order the documents in advance by sending an email to arkisto(a)prh.fi. We will contact you when the documents can be viewed.

There are mailboxes in our customer service point and on the outside wall of the office building where you can leave applications and notifications. The mailboxes are emptied each day at 16.15.
