No­ti­fica­tions and applica­tions must be fi­led on­li­ne with the Fin­nish Tra­de Re­gis­ter

From 2026, com­pa­nies must file their no­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons and ap­pli­ca­ti­ons on­line with the Fin­nish Tra­de Reg­is­ter. This does not ap­ply to pri­vate tra­ders.

Did you re­cei­ve a let­ter about late fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments?

File the fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments im­me­di­ate­ly us­ing our ser­vice at ytj.fi. The PRH im­po­ses a fee for late sub­mis­sion if lim­ited li­a­bil­ity com­pa­nies and co-op­er­a­ti­ves do not sub­mit their fi­nan­cial sta­te­ments to the Tra­de Reg­is­ter wit­hin eight mont­hs of the end of each fi­nan­cial pe­riod. The amount of the fee de­pends on the length of the de­lay.

Small and me­dium-sized com­pa­nies have the op­por­tu­nity to re­cei­ve fi­nan­cial sup­port in or­der to pro­tect their in­tel­lec­tual prop­erty star­ting from Fe­brua­ry 2026. The sup­port is gran­ted by the Eu­ro­pean Union In­tel­lec­tual Prop­erty Of­fice (EU­IPO).
