From 2026, com­pa­nies must file their no­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons and ap­pli­ca­ti­ons on­line with the Fin­nish Tra­de Reg­is­ter. This does not ap­ply to pri­vate tra­ders.

Did you re­cei­ve a let­ter about ben­e­fi­cial owner de­tails?

File your no­ti­fi­ca­tion of ben­e­fi­cial own­ers by the dead­line stated in the let­ter. If the com­pany does not file the de­tails within the dead­line, the PRH will im­pose a neg­li­gence fee of 300 eu­ros on the com­pany.
