Annual review of Trade Register information from spring 2027
Starting from 2027, most companies, such as all limited liability companies and co-operatives, must review their Trade Register information every year. The annual review is free of charge and is done online at ytj.fi starting from spring 2027.

Monitor changes in your company's details - subscribe to receive alerts
You can now monitor changes in your company’s details in the Finnish Trade Register by subscribing to the alert service in the Virre Information Service. You will receive an email from the PRH when financial statements or a notification of changes concerning your company’s details has arrived in the Trade Register.
The Alert service is free of charge.
