You have access to

• financial statements (subject to a fee)
• information on notifications filed by companies
• information on people’s positions in companies
Beware of scam messages
Scam messages have been sent in the name of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), asking the recipient to file beneficial owner details. The message contains a link to an identification page. Scammers use current topics in their messages, so be alert. Always check the sender's address.
Did you receive a letter about beneficial owner details?
File your notification of beneficial owners by the deadline stated in the letter. If the company does not file the details within the deadline, the PRH will impose a negligence fee of 300 euros on the company.
