How accessible this service is
This online service is partially compliant with the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019 except for the non-compliance listed below.
Inaccessible content
The user of the service can print the retrieved details as files in the web browser. Printable files involve the following accessibility shortcomings caused by the web browser and possible screen reader:
- Tables in the printable files extending to several pages: in the NVDA screen reader, the column headers in such tables are read as many times as the number of pages to which the table extends.
- Metadata for the printable files: metadata for the printable file cannot be defined in the service (e.g., the language, heading, file or bookmarks of the file).
The PRH cannot address the aforementioned shortcomings because they are caused by screen reader or web browser features.
How to give feedback on accessibility problems
If you notice any problems in accessibility in the company search at ytj.fi, first give feedback to us at the PRH. It may take up to 14 days to get an answer. The PRH feedback group processes your feedback. Give feedback about accessibility problems.
