How we process per­sonal data?

We process the per­sonal data on the ba­sis of law or the con­sent given by the per­son in ques­tion. As a rule, we use the per­sonal data pro­vided in no­ti­fi­ca­tions or ap­pli­ca­tions that con­cerns the per­son sub­mit­ting the no­ti­fi­ca­tion and other par­ties. This data in­cludes the name, ad­dress and other ba­sic in­for­ma­tion. In­for­ma­tion is also ob­tained from the au­thor­i­ties. The pri­vacy state­ment de­scribes the key is­sues con­cern­ing the pro­cess­ing of the per­sonal data kept in the reg­is­ter.
