PRH Registry
The Registry manages the delivery of documents to the PRH. The Registry receives documents addressed to the PRH, registers them, if necessary, in the administrative record, and forwards the deliveries.
Please note that some types of notifications or applications cannot be filed by sending them to the Registry by email or fax. For instance, notifications to the Finnish Trade Register can only be submitted using our online filing service in Finnish or Swedish or online forms, not by email. For information security reasons, the Registry cannot open email messages that have been encrypted by email software and that can only be opened by ordering a passkey or registering with the sender’s service.
