Trade Register's Advisory Service in notification and registration matters

The PRH has several advisory services to help you with matters relating to Trade Register notifications and registration.

The PRH and the Finnish Tax Administration have a joint notification procedure in the service at ytj.fi. Both authorities only give advice in matters concerning their own line of activity. The PRH gives advice on matters that you need to file with the Trade Register. The Tax Administration’s advisory service provides information on matters you need to file with the Tax Administration. On the prh.fi website, you will find instructions for filing notifications and general information about the Trade Register. The website also has links to the online filing service at ytj.fi and to paper notification forms.

Ytj.fi: Instructions for filing notifications with the PRH and the Tax Administration

‍On the ytj.fi website, you will find instructions for filing notifications with the PRH Trade Register and Register of Foundations and the Tax Administration. The website also provides access to the service at ytj.fi in which you can file your notification online or upload paper forms to file the details with the PRH Trade Register or Register of Foundations and the Tax Administration’s registers.

Please note that the online service at ytj.fi is only available in Finnish and Swedish.

The company search at ytj.fi allows you to search for basic details about companies and organisations. You can also search for details about which registers a company or an organisation is entered in.

‍Virre Information Service: Extracts, pending notifications and financial statements

The Virre Information Service enables you to view the basic details of companies free of charge and buy electronic Trade Register extracts, financial statements, organisation rules, or notification documents. You will have immediate access to electronic items after you pay for your purchases either online using your internet banking codes or by credit card. Telephone advisory service, email and customer service point
