Fees for Trade Register notifications of changes or termination of business
In the table, ‘Service’ refers to a notification filed with the Finnish Trade Register in the online service at ytj.fi or by using a paper form. The VAT on the handling fees is 0%. Read our payment instructions.

Limited liability companies, housing companies, and insurance companies
These are free of charge:
- Conversion of the articles of association of a housing company or real estate limited company to a new electronic form without changing the contents
- Notification of termination of an assignment entered in the register
- Notification of personal identity codes of persons with positions with a registered business that was entered in the Finnish Trade Register before 1 January 1994
- Notification of mutual real estate limited company to register company type
- Change of address and contact details
- Filing of financial statements using the online service, when the financial statements are filed within 8 months from the end of the financial period

| Changes to articles of association The handling fee for changing the articles of association covers changes concerning the place of registered office or line of business of the limited liability company, and changes to the representation of the company based on position in the company. The fee does not cover changing the company name or filing a parallel company name in the online service. We charge a separate fee of 70 euros per name for them. We also charge 50 euros for a change of a financial period indicated in the articles of association. |

Please note: The branch can submit a notification of changes free of charge, if all of the following conditions are met:
- The trader of the branch is a limited-company-type company.
- The trader’s place of registered office is in a member state of the European Union.
- The notification does not concern an auxiliary company name.
