Price lists for notifications and applications submitted to the Finnish Trade Register

Our fees are based on the Decree of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the Chargeable Services of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH). You will find a link to the decree in Finnish and in Swedish on the page “Legislation related to our administrative sector”.

The VAT on the handling fees for most Trade Register notifications is 0%. However, there is a VAT of 25.5% on notifications to the Print Register.

The price list includes handling fees for both online and paper notifications and applications.

If you file online, you pay the fee in the online service at ytj.fi after signing the notification. The online filing is only available in Finnish and in Swedish.

Please note: If it is not possible to file a notification concerning a limited liability company or a branch in the online service at ytj.fi, you can file an online notification or application on an online form for the price of an online notification.

The fee for notifications filed on an online form (limited liability companies and branches for certain notifications) and on a paper form must generally be paid in advance. The receipt must enclosed with the notification.

Do not pay the handling fee in advance if you file financial statements late and with respect to certain applications. We will send you an invoice for the handling fee after the financial statements have been registered.
