Forms for enterprise mortgages

Proceed as follows when using the forms

1. Save the form on your computer before filling it in.
2. Fill in the form in one copy. You may also need other documents. Enclose these with the notification.
3. Sign the form.
4. Send the form with its enclosures to the PRH. You will find the delivery methods and addresses on the form. We will invoice the notification afterwards. See our price list and payment instructions.
5. You can also file the notification in person at the PRH customer service point, where you can also pay for it.
