There are mailboxes in our customer service point and on the outside wall of the office building where you can leave applications and notifications without having to queue. The mailboxes are emptied each day after 16.15.

Payment methods and electronic receipt (eReceipt)

Our customer service point accepts the following forms of payment:
  • Debit cards
  • MobilePay
  • Visa Electron
  • Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Mastercard

You can receive an electronic receipt (eReceipt) of a payment done at our customer service point.

An electronic eReceipt includes the payment details in machine-readable format. This enables various applications and systems to use the details, which makes it easier to process the company's expenses, among other things. A receipt delivered as a PDF file is not an eReceipt.

First you have to register for the ReceiptHero service. The PRH then delivers the payment details to ReceiptHero, which produces a receipt on behalf of the PRH.
