At our Customer Service you can submit your applications and notifications and get general advice on them. If you need to consult an expert, we can arrange for you to meet one of our Legal Advisers or Consulting Engineers.

All forms available online

You can fill in and print out the forms you need before you come to us. Go to the forms.

You can also pay for your notifications and applications in advance. The prices and account numbers are arranged by service. Go to the price lists.

Please observe: The Customer Service does not accept payments in cash. You can pay by

  • debit card,
  • Visa Electron, or
  • any of the following credit cards: Visa, OK, American Express, Diners Club and Mastercard.

Documents for reading – order in advance

At our Customer Service you can read on request documents from

  • the Trade Register
  • the Register of Associations
  • the Register of Religious Communities, and
  • the Register of Foundations.

We will deliver the documents about a day after you make the order. Always include your contact details and the business ID and name of the company or foundation, or the registration number and name of the association, in the order.

Financial statements from Virre

The financial statements of companies are public and available from the Virre Information Service. You can search information on our customer terminals, or copy documents and print out details from our databases for a fee.

Our customer advisors will be happy to help you with information searches and using the data terminals.
