How to file a prohibition of registration

Use our online form to file a prohibition of registration. Without the form, we cannot register prohibitions filed by email.

Using the online form, you can file a prohibition of registration to the PRH registers: the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Register of Associations and the Finnish Register of Foundations.

To file a prohibition of registration using the online form requires strong authentication, and therefore you need to have a Finnish personal identity code and personal internet banking codes or a mobile certificate or an electronic identity card (HST card).

Change the language of the form at the top of the page.

Monitor the progress of your notification

The prohibition becomes effective when we have recorded it in our systems. We will send you a confirmation to the email address you have given.

Please note that a prohibition of registration will not remove any of your previously registered role details from the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Register of Associations and the Finnish Register of Foundations.

Use the service at Suomi.fi to check whether you are registered in a specific role in a company or an organisation at the Finnish Trade Register. Go to the Suomi.fi service to check your roles registered at the Finnish Trade Register.Open link in a new tab
