Place an order for monitoring changing details in the Trade Register using a paper form

If your company’s email address is not recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, you can also, free of charge, place an order for monitoring changes in the details of the company you represent using a paper form.

You can place your order if you are the company’s representative recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, such as board member, managing director, partner or some other person with the right to represent the company.

When there are changes in the company’s register details to be monitored, the Finnish Trade Register will send the changed details as a text file by email within approximately one hour after the change has been registered or the notification that has become pending has been recorded in the Finnish Trade Register.
