Start-up notifications, notifications of changes and notifications of termination on forms

You can file notifications to the Finnish Trade Register on paper forms (with the exception of a notification of beneficial owners, which must generally be filed in the online filing service at ytj.fi). Most forms are in Finnish and in Swedish.

Limited liability companies or branches can also file notifications on an online form if a certain notification cannot be filed in the online service at ytj.fi.

Submit the information on Y forms and their appendix forms. Fill in one copy of the form. The forms contain several pages. In notifications of changes, fill in only the details that have changed.

Please note that you may also need other documents, such as minutes.

Please note: Do not write the last four digits of personal identity codes or the home addresses of persons living outside Finland on the notification forms, as they are not public details. Instead, write them on a specific personal data form. If the person has a Finnish personal identity code and lives in Finland, do not enter their postal address or citizenship.

Save the form to your computer before filling it in.
