Start-up notification and notifications of changes on paper

Paper forms for the start-up notification and notifications of changes are available on the ytj.fi website. Most forms are in Finnish and in Swedish. Go to the forms at ytj.fi.

Save the forms to your computer before filling them in.

Please note that the forms contain several pages. In notifications of changes, fill in only the details that have changed.

Please note: Do not write the last four digits of personal identity codes or the home addresses of persons living outside Finland on the notification forms, as they are not public details. Instead, write them on a specific personal data form. If the person has a Finnish personal identity code and lives in Finland, do not enter their postal address or citizenship.

Please complete the form before you print and sign it. Then send it to:

Pay for your paper notification in advance

In most cases, notifications to the Trade Register are subject to a fee.

When you file your notification to the Trade Register on a paper form, pay the handling fee in advance and enclose the receipt of the payment with your notification. See the payment instructions.

Please note that the handling fees cannot be paid at tax offices.

The notification is free of charge if you only notify the Tax Administration on the notification forms, for example notifications of interruption of business.

Financial statements form

If you file any other tax return form than 6B (for example tax return form 4 for real estate corporations), then you must send your financial statements directly to the Trade Register. In that case, submit the financial statements to the Trade Register together with the form.

Submit the final accounts of merger/demerger or liquidation directly to the Trade Register together with the form.
