Our online services for trademarks and design rights have been revamped
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has introduced revamped online services for trademarks and design rights. The services make it easier to apply for and own trademarks and design rights. They also provide an improved user experience.
The revamped user interface has new functions to make filing applications easier. These include an AI-assisted term search for selecting goods and services and the option to fill in customer details from the Business Information System at ytj.fi.
The revamp was partly based on customer feedback concerning our old services. Customers also participated in testing the services during development.
Better maintainability and a modern layout
The new technology used in the services will ensure their availability, maintenance and development in the future. We have also improved the accessibility of the services.

The services have been revamped in international cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Network (EUIPN). The EUIPN is a network consisting of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the national offices in the EU.
