New online services in our library

Searching for books, journals and other publications in the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) library is now easier, thanks to our new online library service. New publications in the library are listed separately.

You can easily check the database of our online library to see if the material you need is available for borrowing. Some items, such as periodicals, are not allowed out of the library, but you can read them and, if necessary, copy them at our customer service point.

About the library

The PRH’s library is open to everyone. Its focus areas include industrial property rights and corporation rights. 

The core of our publication collection consists of books and journals about industrial property rights (patents, utility models, trademarks, and design rights), companies, associations and foundations. In addition, our library has a wide selection of company histories and books about the history of inventions.
