Changes in PCT fees from 1 January 2025

Due to a change in the euro/Swiss franc rate, the WIPO has decided to revise the PCT fees below.
The new fees will take effect on 1 January 2025 and are available on the WIPO website at https://www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/pct/en/docs/fees.pdfOpen link in a new tab

• International filing fee EUR 1,417 (2024: EUR 1,381)
• Reduction on the international filing fee for electronic applications: 
• The request in character-coded format EUR 213 (2024: EUR 208)
• The entire application (request, description, claims and abstract) in character-coded format EUR 320 (2024: EUR 311)
• Handling fee (IPEA/FI) EUR 213 (2024: EUR 208)
