Rectification of the Patent Information Service: missing Supplementary Protection Certificates have been added

Due to a system change in February, not all Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs) could be found in the Patent Information Service. The SPCs were related to European Patents valid in Finland. The issue has now been corrected.
