Changes in PCT fees from 1 January 2024

Due to a change in the euro/Swiss franc rate, the WIPO has decided to revise the PCT fees below.

The new fees will take effect on 1 January 2024 and are available on the WIPO website at https://www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/pct/en/docs/fees.pdfOpen link in a new tab

• International filing fee EUR 1,381 (2023: EUR 1,378)
• Reduction on the international filing fee for electronic applications:
• The request in character-coded format EUR 208 (2023: EUR 207)
• Handling fee (IPEA/FI) EUR 208 (2023: EUR 207)
