Schedules for registration notifications to the Finnish Trade Register at the turn of the year

The number of notifications to the Finnish Trade Register increases significantly at the end of the year.

Our processing times for notifications are still longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Online start-up notifications and notifications concerning the right of representation (for example, changes of board of directors) filed in the online service at ytj.fi are registered rather quickly.

We have two schedules. Please read the instructions for these under the headings.

All notifications, except merger and demerger

If we have received your notification by Monday 3 October 2022, we aim to register it by 31 December 2022.

Merger or demerger

Our due date for the receipt of notifications of the implementation of merger or demerger is Monday 14 November 2022, if you want the implementation to be registered before the end of the year.
