Beneficial owner extracts as a document order

In the Beneficial Owner Information Service

  • people responsible for the company or people authorised to represent the company can download a beneficial owner extract for their company free of charge
  • beneficial owners can download their own information free of charge
  • attorneys, auditors and authorities can search for information.

Order documents

If it is not possible for you to use the Beneficial Owner Information Service, you can order a single beneficial owner extract as a document order.

The extract will be sent by email or by post.

The processing of the order takes 2–3 working days.

Please note that the beneficial owner extract of your company is subject to a charge if you order it as a document order.

You can only access beneficial owner information about other companies, and personal beneficial owner details, for the purposes provided in the Finnish Anti-Money Laundering Act.

What does it cost?

The price of the beneficial owner extract as a document order is 7 euros per extract (VAT 0%), and the delivery and invoicing charges are 12 euros (VAT 0%).

A translated extract about beneficial owners in English costs 30.12 euros per extract (incl. VAT 25.5%). In addition, possible fees for invoicing (8.16 euros, incl. VAT 25.5%) and delivery (6.90 euros, incl. VAT 25.5%) are charged.

How to order

Proceed as follows:

  1. Fill in and send the order form. Also report the purpose of use of the details.
  2. The PRH verifies your identity.
  3. When processing your order, we may ask you to identify yourself online.

You can also purchase beneficial owner extracts at our customer service point in Helsinki. Book an appointment with our customer service point, where you will hand in the report on the purpose of use and present a passport or identity card. Please note that a driving licence is not valid proof of identity.
