Filing companies’ change of address or contact details with the Trade Register
You must file your company's postal address or street address with the Finnish Trade Register.If you want, you can also file other company contact details, such as the phone number, email address and website address.
You can also request your registered public contact details to be removed from the register.

What happens after filing the notification?
Changes to contact details filed in the online service at ytj.fi are registered automatically. Read more about automatic registration.
The PRH will not send a register extract about a change of address.
If you have filed the company’s email address in the online service at ytj.fi, you will automatically get an email when we have received your notification at the Trade Register. Read more about how to monitor the changes in your company’s details.
