<p><span>The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and European Patent Office (EPO) are organising a seminar to bring together users of the patent system in Finland with examiners from the PRH and the EPO. </span><br /></p><p>This online event will take place on Thursday, 7 October 2021, at 9:15 - 12:15 (EET).</p><p><span>The seminar addresses the specific issues linked to patenting in the field of medical diagnostics, particularly in-vitro: which technical fields are involved, what is the global patenting activity in these fields; which are the challenges of patenting in these fields and more generally in the field of bio-technology. Leading experts from PRH and EPO will be discussing specific questions related to patenting in this field. </span></p><p>Event language is English. Event is free of charge.</p>
