Translated Trade Register extracts will have a new layout and better accessibility starting from 2 December 2025

The translated Trade Register extracts you can download from the Virre Information Service will have a new layout from 2 December 2025.

We designed the new layout with the statutory accessibility requirements in mind (Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services). 

Translated extracts are available in English, Finnish and Swedish.

The content of a translated extract is not exactly identical to that of an ordinary Trade Register extract issued in the company's operating language. For instance, the line of business is not given in a translated extract, as it cannot be translated automatically.

You can buy translated extracts from the Virre Information Service for the following company types: 

• Limited liability companies, public limited companies
• Housing companies, limited liability joint-stock property companies (mutual real estate limited companies)
• General partnerships, limited partnerships
• Private traders
• Branches of a foreign trader
