Obtain documents directly from the Virre Information Service

Use the Virre Information ServiceAvautuu uuteen välilehteen to get an electronic Trade Register extract free of charge. You can also buy for example translated extracts, organisation rules, abstracts of the Finnish Register of Enterprise Mortgages, financial statements, as well as documents of notifications registered since April 2019. You will have immediate access to the documents.

Document order form

Use this form if you want to have the documents signed and stamped or delivered by post. Use this form if you need Trade Register documents that are not available from the Virre Information Service.

An invoicing charge of 6.50 euros will be added to the document order. If the product is scanned or delivered by post, a delivery charge of 5.50 euros will also be added. For products subject to VAT, the invoicing charge is 8.16 euros and the delivery charge 6.90 euros.
