Trade Register extract and Trade Register information services
The details in the Finnish Trade Register are public. Anyone is entitled to obtain information about the entries made in the register, as well as the registered notifications and their appendices, except for the beneficial owner details.
You can search for and buy individual Trade Register details.
Companies and other organisations can also order large volumes of Trade Register details using system interfaces.

Trade Register extract and basic details free of charge from the Virre Information Service
The Virre Information Service allows you to search for details about companies and housing companies in the Finnish Trade Register. You can view basic details and download electronic Trade Register extracts free of charge. The extract contains the valid registered information of the company or housing company. Beneficial owner extracts from the Beneficial Owner Information Service
People responsible for a company or people authorised to represent a company can download a beneficial owner extract for their company, and beneficial owners can download their personal information, free of charge by logging into the Beneficial Owner Information Service. Other beneficial owner details are subject to a charge and you can only access them for the purposes provided in the Finnish Anti-Money Laundering Act.
