Trade Register's Advisory Service in notification and registration matters

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and the Finnish Tax Administration have a joint notification procedure in the online service at ytj.fi, which means the following:
- The PRH gives advice on matters that you need to file with the Finnish Trade Register. See the company forms entered in the Finnish Trade Register.
- The Finnish Tax AdministrationAvautuu uuteen välilehteen is responsible for tax matters.

From 2026, companies must file their notifications and applications online with the Finnish Trade Register. This does not apply to private traders, associations or foundations. Read more about mandatory online filing.
