How to complete financial statements registered in the Finnish Trade Register Register

You can complete financial statements registered in the Finnish Trade Register.

Please note that the documents comprising the financial statements and documents attached to the financial statements must constitute a composite whole (chapter 3, section 1, subsection 4 of the Finnish Accounting Act). You cannot file separate financial statement documents or details. Send all the approved financial statement documents as a whole – not only the missing documents. Go to our instructions: Financial statement documents.

Who files the notification?

The notification is signed by a person responsible for the company who is recorded in the Finnish Trade Register. Procuration rights are not enough to sign a notification to the Finnish Trade Register. Read more at ytj.fi about how to sign notifications using the online filing service at ytj.fi. Someone else can fill in the notification without authorisation and then ask the person signing to sign the notification online at ytj.fi.

Those who have the right to sign the notification can authorise someone else to sign the notification. Read more at ytj.fi about how to authorise using the online filing service at ytj.fi. Avautuu uuteen välilehteen
