Our customer service in Helsinki will be open again on 3 August 2020

We will open our customer service in Helsinki on Monday 3 August 2020 after being closed due to the coronavirus. In August, the service is open weekdays from 12.00 to 16.15. Our customer service can help you submit applications and notifications and get general advice on them. The self-service computers will no longer be in use.

Our online services and telephone services will be running normally in July. You can send paper notifications by post or leave them in our mailbox at Sörnäisten rantatie 13 B, Helsinki, but it is quicker and cheaper to file online.
